Delivery modes

One size and shape will not fit all. Schools/academies/colleges vary enormously in pupil enrolment and in room capacity. Whole school gathering will be most desirable, though generally easier to accommodate in primary than secondary settings. They will not always be feasible, in which case cross-year grouping (‘house’-based?) will be preferable to year group or single form gatherings. Normal duration time will be set within agreed limits. Attendance will become desirable for all pupils and teachers, with pupil engagement in delivery being as great as that of teachers.

Multi-media

Single person spoken format will become the exception rather than the norm. Visual ingredients, with visual and dramatic activity, will be encouraged.

Management

Responsibility for management and implementation deserves formal recognition in status and remuneration, taking account of qualifications and preparation.
